|How to Enter -- as a team:
Elite Division is made up of Two-person Coed Teams. The
Performance AR Series also allows teams of two persons, which may be mixed genders or
single-sex, and solo competitors. No competitor can be on more than one Team. Entry fees must be sent with completed entry form. Each member's information must be completed on the Team application.
Each competitor must sign and turn in a completed
Performance Multisports Acknowledgement of Risk form either sent by mail
with entry form to Performance
Multisports, or turned in at the Team Meeting the evening before the race.

|Entry Fees for Super-Sprint and
Entry fee or Two-person team is $150 postmarked at least three weeks before the race; $180 postmarked less than three weeks before the race. Solo competitors fee is $90 postmarked at least three weeks before the race; $95 postmarked less than three weeks before the race. See Updates page.
Special Discounts: Military/Public Safety Teams are made up of people working actively as members of the military, or police, sheriff, fire, rescue, or lifesaving organizations. To qualify, Team must have at least two active-duty personnel on each team. Military/Public Safety Teams must process their entries through The Race Director for The Performance AR Series -- send your entry to Performance MultiSports - AR Race ____(month), 365 Charlemagne Circle, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. Military Team entries must include photocopy of military/employer picture ID for each Team member. You may email the RD or call with questions: (904) 285-1552. Military/Public Safety Teams: Entry fee for 2-person team is $140 postmarked at least three weeks before the race. Entry fee for a Solo competitor is $80, postmarked at least three weeks before the race. To be entitled to the discount, Military/Public Safety Teams must send their team's entry at least three weeks before the race.

updates in The BEAR and Adventure Racing Series. Sometimes there are
changes to the Rules and Gear pages, too, but usually you
will find a reference to them at the AR
Series Updates page. As with many adventure races,
the course, order, and challenges will change from race to race in the
Performance Adventure Race Series, though the basic ingredients include
off-road bike, run/trek, paddle, climb, navigation, and mystery events.
I'd ask that you look over all the online pages for Performance Adventure
Racing Series, so that you
and your teammates can get a good idea of what is in store for
participants in Adventure Races. Then register and come to join us for an
Adventure Race. If you need teammates, let us know and we will try to help
you put together a team.
VOLUNTEERING: If you are not ready to race in The Performance Adventure Racing Series races, consider volunteering and we will be sure you have an interesting assignment on the race course. Contact the Race Director to volunteer as a Race Official.
|RESERVING SPACE -- Send
your entry form and fees as soon as possible. Entries will not be
processed without payment. CALL BEFORE SENDING entries after the Monday prior to
the race. If event is not sold out and space is available, Registration
will be open from 5:00 - 5:50PM on the Friday prior to the mandatory
check-in and pre-race meeting. Be sure to include all email addresses
for your Team. Checks and entry forms will be returned if event

|Cancellation Policy: Much of the cost of providing an adventure race is spent long before you arrive at the race site. In fact, most of our costs need to be paid in advance and are not recoverable. Typically, we go forward with an adventure race "rain or shine." If severe weather conditions or other issues out of our control (such as hurricane or the closing of the race site by order of the local government), we will postpone and reschedule our race. The race organizers are not responsible for such changes in schedule, and will credit any paid entries toward the rescheduled race date. If a written cancellation of registration is initiated by the participant more than 21 days in advance of the event date, full credit will be available. If participant's cancellation notice is sent 21 days or less (before the race), a 50% credit will be applied; 10 days or less, a 25% credit; less than 120 hours notice, or no notice ("no shows") will receive no credit. Any such credit is good for 180 days from the date of the scheduled event toward entry/registration in another similar Performance Multisports event. Refunds are not available.|
